Lithium Ion Battery Pack Balance Maintenance instrument-UVT series is a maintenance and repair equipment especially for the lithium battery pack of new energy EV, it can effectively solve EV shortened cruising range, shorten service life resulting from the inconsistency of the individual cells within its service life and prolong the service life of the battery. At the same time, it can accurately locate the fault cell.

Using a unique connection method to connect the battery protection board interface to charge and maintain each battery independently without disassembling the battery. Easy & efficient maintenance, avoid the heavy work of disassembling and damage to the battery by disassembling.

Design Concept:

* Using intelligent algorithm to analyze and determine the deep problem of battery pack by collecting the data of individual cell.

* Adopting the "Series charging and balance refilling" method to recharge the weak cells to ensure that each cell is fully charged and maintain the power difference between each cell in the pack to same level when it's in factory.
