Lithium-Ion Battery/Cell Capacity Testing/Matching Analyzer DT2020 can be used for the capacity test, charge and discharge test, internal resistance test, capacity grading & matching, etc. of various types of lithium batteries, Ni-MH batteries, Ni-CD batteries. It can be compatible with 18650, 26650,32650, 36650, pouch and prismatic cells. DT2020 isolation detection technology can determine the location of the bad cells without disassembling the battery pack, then replace it. It can even charge and discharge the unbalanced battery pack to balance the battery and restore the battery pack to normal balance.
It's suitable for lithium battery performance testing, life cycle testing, balance maintenance, battery-pack assembly, and EV battery repair and maintenance, etc.
DT2020-64 is composed of the single DT2020, a number of DT2020-64 can constitute a test group to match the needs of mass testing.

Battery Connection
1. Applicable Batteries:
The DT2020 device supports batteries with a voltage <5V and a capacity < 200AH, in the physical specification, it supports: 18650, 26650, 32650, AAA, AA, A, Soft pouch, and prismatic batteries.
2. The connection of the pouch cells & block cells
The standard accessories including 8 pairs of output test cables with clips
3. The connection of cylindrical cells
The cylindrical cell test bracket is optional upon the request for the connection to the cylindrical cell.
(Adjustable height of probe: 22-140mm)
Installing the test cables, properly connect the clamp to the positive and negative poles of cell.
