Lithium-Ion Battery/Cell Capacity Grading and Matching Tester DT50W-16 can be applicable for capacity test, auto-cycle charge and discharge test, capacity grading and matching, balance maintenance, internal resistance test, etc. of various Lithium Batteries, Ni-MH Batteries, Ni-Cd Batteries. It can be compatible with 18650, 26650, 36650, pouch, and block cells. DT50W isolation detection technology can determine the location of the bad cells without disassembling the battery pack, then replace it. It can balance charge and discharge the unbalanced battery pack to balance the battery and restore the battery pack to normal balance.
It's suitable for lithium battery testing, maintenance, regeneration, pack assembling, etc.
DT50W-128 is composed of the single DT50W-16, a number of DT50W-128 can constitute a test group to match the needs of mass detection.

3. The connection of cylindrical cells:
Adjust the height of the fixture, refer to the ruler on both sides to adjust the level
4. The connection of the pouch cells and block cells
Installing the test cables, properly connect the clamp to the positive and negative poles of the cell.
